a.Common Sound in your genre 

The digetic sound, in this film is the wind rustling, as well as things moving in the house 

 which portrays the quietness. 

There is also non-digetic music that begins as she is counting which shows that  

the beginning of the film is starting  

The score at the beginning of the film shows that the characters are in a bright mood,  

As the film continues the music becomes dramatic as the character is in the film.  

b.Common Mis-En-Scene (CLAMPS) in your genre 

The camera angle is at medium eye level which emphasis the character,  

who is focused on.   

The lighting represents that they, are in an environment in which they are comfortable.  

The prop in the period is the bike which represents her childhood.  

Between the two boys family, and the striped pajamas represents a lesser human.

The editing of the film was realistic, they didn’t put much evidence into it to allow the  

Audience to immerse in the film.

We like the role, the character, and the tension. We like the role because it lets you  

Understand the characters values and intentions. We like the characters because it lets us 

See the types of characters within the film, such as the mentor, and the antagonist, the 

Mentor and the love interest.

Some elements that does appeal to us is the mood, and the symbols of the film. 

We don’t like the mood because the mood changes throughout the film, and it may be hard 

To convey. We also don’t like the symbols of the film because it may be hard to represent
